Things to Remember

  • Take a deep breath.
  • You no longer smell bad.
  • You won't have to share the balcony with the wasps.
  • You won't have to suffer the indignity of smoking in public.
  • You have more freedom.
  • You can go anywhere and not have to worry about where to smoke.
  • Your body will feel better soon.
  • Pretty soon, you'll be breathing easier.
  • Pretty soon, you'll be able to go up stairs and not run out of breath.


*I'll add to this list as I come across more reasons that I am happy to not be a smoker.
